Veterans' Day Parade

These two gentlemen fought together during World War II in the area of Bastogne during the Battle of the Bulge. The man on the right slept in a haystack with a goat one night because it was so cold. The other man took shelter in a barn. He heard something on the other side of the wall and figured it was a German soldier. He crept out to look and found a sow and her piglets. He slept with them that night to keep warm.
