Good news & Bad news:
The good news is that I arrived safely in London and was able to explore the city! I saw Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Women of World War II Memorial, and Churchill's bunker from World War II! :) I met a lot of nice people who were helpful.
The bad news is that I am getting sicker and on the way back to the tube station, I realized my camera was missing. The worst part is that I discovered it was missing because I realized I could not hear anything. It fell out of my pocket and I didn't know it because I couldn't hear it hit the ground. That sent me over the edge. I had not eaten since 7:30 a.m. (it was 10:30 p.m.), I was dying of thirst, my ears were causing tremendous pain, I lost my camera with ALL my London pictures from hours of walking around, and I couldn't hear. I managed to calm myself down with the knowledge that I had seen many wonderful places in London (I'll just have to rely on my memory instead of pictures) and that nothing worse had happened. My ears begin hurting on the flight to London and by the time we began to land, the pain was so intense that I covered my face with my baseball cap so no one would see the look of agony on my face. :( My hearing is back just a tad now that I have returned to the airport for my flight tomorrow, but I still can't hear well at all. Please pray for me. London was beautiful, but I am exhausted, disappointed & frustrated about my camera & the city pictures, and in a great deal of pain.
