Love your enemies. Pray for those who persecute you.

This is, by far, the most inspirational life I have ever seen. Malala's response to her enemies is how all christians are called to live and die.

Regarding the Taliban's continued efforts to kill her: "If he comes, what will you do, Malala? I replied to myself, I would just take a shoe and hit him [referring to the Taliban terrorists who are trying to kill her], but then I said, 'If you hit a Taliban with your shoe, then there would be no difference between you and the Taliban. You must not treat others with cruelty and that much harshness. You must fight others, but through peace and dialogue and education. Then I said I will tell him how important education is, and that I even want education for your children, as well. I would tell him that's what I want to tell you; now do what you want." -Malala, age 16

This young girl embodies the teachings of Christ to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you. Keep in mind, at the age of 14, she was shot in the head by the Taliban, but survived. The terrorists have issued a statement saying they will never stop trying to kill her. She is choosing to respond in peace and love, no matter what her enemies do to her.
